Norman Allen is a tax and accounting partner with significant experience in various industries. He provides many different client services, including tax preparation for individuals, businesses, estates, and not-for-profit organizations; tax planning and consultations; litigation support; and business planning for individuals, partnerships and corporations.

Norman has more than 30 years of public accounting experience, having originally joined the Firm in 1984. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 1985 with a BBA in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, and he became a Certified Public Accountant in 1987. Norman was a manager for another local firm for approximately 10 years, beginning in 1997, later becoming a sole practitioner where he built a successful practice, which merged with the Firm in 2006.

Norman has held membership in or been involved with many professional and civic organizations, including the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and the TSCPA Litigation Support Division; the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); the South Plains Chapter of TSCPA; and the National Association of Security Dealers (past member). He is the current treasurer of both the Scottish Rite Learning Center and Lubbock Scottish Rite Bodies, a past officer of the Wolfforth-Frenship Masonic Lodge, and a past president of the South Plains Chapter of Football Officials Association.

Norman is an avid golfer and fan of the Texas Tech athletic programs, and he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and three daughters. He also refereed college, high school and prep football games for over 20 years, before stepping down in 2008.
